Any resident citizen with a valid mobile number and a bank account/UPI ID can start investing in Digital Gold through the platform.
5. What is the minimum and maximum amount I can invest? +
You can start investing with as little as ₹10. There is usually no upper limit, though higher transactions may require additional KYC verification.

8. Can I sell my gold at any time? +
Yes, Digirich offers 24/7 liquidity. You can sell your accumulated gold back to the platform at the current market sell price, and the money will be credited to your linked bank account.
9. Where is my physical gold stored? +
Your gold is stored in world-class, high-security vaults (such as those managed by Brinks or Sequel) and is fully insured against theft or natural disasters.
10. Do I have to pay storage or locker fees? +
Most Digital Gold platforms offer free storage for a specific period (e.g., 2–5 years). Please check the "Terms and Conditions" for specific duration limits on free storage.
11. Is my investment safe if the company closes? +
Yes. The gold is held in an independent trust or vault under your name. An independent trustee is usually appointed to protect the interests of the investors.
12. Can I get physical delivery of my gold? +
Yes. You can request physical delivery of your accumulated gold in the form of coins or bars. Once requested, the digital balance is deducted, and the gold is shipped to your doorstep.
