1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DigiRich, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Algorynix Digital Pvt. Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use DigiRich. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.

3. KYC Verification

As required by applicable laws, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making purchases or withdrawals. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. False information may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Gold Purchases

Gold purchases are executed at live market rates at the time of transaction. Once a purchase is confirmed and payment is processed, the transaction cannot be reversed. Gold is purchased in your name and held in custody by our licensed gold custody partner in secured, insured vaults.

5. Gold Custody

Your gold is held in custody by our licensed gold custodian. DigiRich acts as an intermediary platform. The gold held in custody is fully allocated to you and is insured. DigiRich does not hold or pool user gold.

6. Withdrawals & Redemption

You may request withdrawal of your gold holdings at any time (subject to KYC verification). Withdrawals are processed at live sell rates. Settlement to your registered bank account is typically completed within 3–5 business days, subject to bank processing times.

7. Fees & Charges

DigiRich currently charges no commission on gold purchases. Applicable GST (3% on gold) is charged as per government regulations. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. We reserve the right to introduce fees with 30 days notice.

8. Platform Risks

Gold prices fluctuate based on market conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. DigiRich is not a financial advisor — nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice. You invest at your own risk and should consider your financial situation before investing.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. DigiRich will never ask for your OTP or password via email, phone, or WhatsApp. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorised access caused by your negligence.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent activities; create multiple accounts; attempt to manipulate gold prices; reverse-engineer the platform; or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiRich and Algorynix Digital Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses due to gold price fluctuations, system downtime, or third-party service failures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India. We encourage resolving disputes through our customer support before pursuing legal remedies.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via app notification or email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of DigiRich after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
